Family - Senior - Junior - Learner - Social - memberships are offered by our club.

Club annual membership fees range from a family membership of $50.00 to a Social/Learner membership of $10.00.  After becoming a member you will be issued with a club skin suit and gear bag. 

Competitive skaters have to be registered annually with Ice Speed Skating New Zealand Inc., the cost rangers from nil for a novice skater to $35.00 for Master & Senior skaters. 

There is also an entry fee required for each competition through out the year.  The cost will be listed in the announcement of the competition, which is always very reasonable. 

In recent years our club has invested in purchasing Speed Skates for our members to use.  This provides skaters and parents the opportunity to become involved in our sport with out the initial cost of buying speed skates.  Speed Skates will be available for you to use each week or there is an annual Skate Hire cost of $50.00.  If you wish to purchase your own skates contact www.nzspp.com.

During on ice training sessions and competitions all skaters are required to wear, A helmet, gloves, kneepads, shin guards, tight fitting clothing (skinsuit), socks (thin).  Bring a drink bottle to each session.
